The crayfish ( small lobsters) became a culinary delicacy because they are endangered species. Our aim is to make them readily available and much faster to get.

Our lobsters come from carefully supervised farms, where the quality of water and the species conservation are highly monitored, ensuring the freshness and the flavour of the cooked version.
